All foreign medical universities are recognized by WHO and are listed in the “Directory of Medical schools” and recognized by the medical councils of India, UK and USA students intending to study in the foreign universities need to get an eligibility certificate from medical council of India to join the course and on completion has to clear the screening test conducted by the medical council of India to get practice authorization. In some peculiar cases where a post graduate course is not recognized we will have a clear notification on no permission for government practice and teaching but private practice is allowed.
There are no entrance tests or pre-qualifying test, the student need to have cleared the basic qualification criteria that is 12th standard with basic knowledge in English. The HSC marks are taken into consideration and the admission is are on 1st come 1st serve basis.
If the Student is taken Russian Medium Course, the universities will organize a preparatory course in Russian language for One Year before the start of medical degree course.
Yes ofcourse because in Classes they will teach only in English.So English Language and fluency is must for Students who are going to attend classes in Abroad Universities.
There are no scholarships offered from the Universities. But some universities offer separate scholarships based on the performance of the exams.
All nationalized banks support students with educational loans up to 20 lakhs which is repayable after 1 year of completion of the degree.
For obtaining a passport, you need to apply to your local passport office in an application form available at the passport office / Collector/SP office or Online. It would however, be an easier process for the student to apply through a travel agent since he is well aware of the process. The process normally takes around 6 to 8 weeks for the issuance of the passport after the date of application and the passport is directly sent to your address. However, it is known that the issuance of passport may take a longer time, which may result in a delay in proceeding to Russia / Ukraine or even the cancellation of your admission. Therefore, you should take all precautions and plan accordingly. There is also a facility to have your passport issued on a “Tatkaal” basis on the submission of your letter of admission. We highly recommend you to apply for a TATKAAL passport which should take only 7 working days for issuance after submission of documents.
Incase of Russia there is no need. Incase Of Ukraine You have to be personally apear in the Embassy for Interview.Most Of the Students will fail in Ukraine Interview because lack of English Knowledge.We are advising the Students who want to go for Ukraine please attain good English Communication Skills.
All student has the option to pay their fees in USD’s as cash within 3 days of arrival to the medical university, it would be safe to do bank transactions,as carrying cash is not safe.
There are lots of Foreign Exchange centres all over India like UAE EXCHANGE etc…If you don’t know how to exchange we will assist you to get Foreign Currency.
A student could stay quite comfortably requiring around RS.6000 to 10000 per month for food, communication, travel and leisure.This figure is approximate and would differ city to city,person to person based on his/her spending habits.

All students who join any University are required to take a medical insurance each year from Insurance Company to cover that they may require. This insurance would have to be taken at the time of joining the University in Russia/Kyrgyzstan.We will assist you to get Medical Insurance. Once insured you will be first subjected to a full body master health checkup and subsequently will be eligible for free unlimited treatment from the University hospital in case of illness or hospitalization including ambulance services.
Yes ofcourse they can! However, the University you are currently studying at and the government is not responsible for the travel expenses or arranging accommodation for your family. Students must apply to the University for an Invitation letter for your Parents/family. With this letter, your family then can apply for a visa for entry into Russia /Kyrgyzstan at the local Russian / Kyrgyzstan Embassy . It will take upto 4-8 weeks for the visa application process.
Yes. Russia/Kyrgyzstan being the most stable of the former states of USSR are the safest countries safety by itself. The students’ hostels are adequately staffed by armed security personnel to guard and monitor the entry –exit activity 24 hours a day. Moreover, the local police called the ‘Militia’ patrol the streets day and night watching and keeping the crime off local citizens and foreigners.which make an Indian parents comfortable in sending his son or daughter to study in Russia or Kyrgyzstan.
Your hostel accommodation will be provided by the University you choose to study in with all amenities required for a comfortable living. Normally rooms are given on shared basis and some universities even provide premium accommodations. For those who prefer to live out of university, private apartments are available, but students will have to rent them on their own.
The university mess will provide north and south Indian food for Indian students on a monthly basis at a normal cost. You may even opt food chains and restaurants as per your choice. Student hostels usually provideshare kitchen facilities with electric or gas ovens for the those who prefer to cook their meals. There are many supermarkets and stores where you can purchase food materials required to cook all Indian dishes. Shared cooking among the international students is also popular activity.
It is not hard to study in Russia / Kyrgyzstan. Learning is not just confined to the classroom. There is a wide range of cultural activities to check out. Universities can arrange trips which provide an insight into the culture, history and geography of Russia/Kyrgyzstan. There are also museums and galleries to explore. Students enjoy a wide selection of extracurricular activities that may include drama productions, horse riding, pilot lessons and sports. There are also concepts parties and camping trips that are organized by the student unions, with most social and recreational activities and facilities area available to students, these include opera houses, ballets and plays, there are also numerous yearly traditional and cultural events.
It is recommended to bring foodstuffs with you because if you want to cook seperate in hostel you need Indian Masalas etc… .Because in Russia/Kyrgyzstan there is no Indian type of masalas.It’s better off taking a few extra dollars with you as you can buy practically every kind of food and toiletry in Russia/Kyrgyzstan.We will give the comprehensive list of things to the students to buy in India to take them along with them during their first trip to Russia/Kyrgyzstan.
Even though Russia / Kyrgyzstan is a cold country, severe winters would last for 2-3 months in a year. All the establishments like homes, hostels, classrooms, shops etc., as well as the public transports are centrally heated. Students are also advised to buy reasonably priced water and room heaters should they find the heating arrangements to be inadequate, every student should also take care of wearing warm clothes like fur coats, caps, gloves etc., when they go outdoors. At others times the weather in Russia and Kyrgyzstan is not as cold as it is made out to be with temperature between+20 degrees and much warmer in some cities.
For some institutions, the hostel is walking distance to the campus, but for others, some travelling is required, The normal mode of transportation for students is by bus, trolley bus, tramway, and METRO subway (underground trains). Russia and Kyrgyzstan have an efficient and extensive public transportation system, Buses and underground trains are reasonably priced and easily accessible.
A student enters into the Russian Federation or Kyrgyzstan on an invitation, which is issued is a invitation and the subsequent visa issued is a “Student visa”. Therefore, the student is not legally allowed to take on any employment nor could do a business activity. Any violation may result in expulsion from the University and subsequent deportation from the country.We advises the students to concentrate on study.

Public telephones, Prepaid card, international telephone services at the post offices and Mobile Phones internet calling are widely used in Russia / Kyrgyzstan and can be particularly convenient for the students.
A student can come back to India every year during his winter(January) /summer(July) vacations. He should however inform the University accordingly for obtaining suitable visa for travel.
